Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Banks shall have an effective mechanism for redressal of computer complaints. The complaints redressal procedure of the bank and the time frame for responding to the complaints will be placed on the bank’s website under Banking Codes and Policies.

The name, designation, address and other contact number of Grievance Redressal Officer of the bank will be displayed on the website underFeedback / Complaint. There shall be a system of acknowledging customers complaints for follow up, such as complaint number/ docket number, even if the complaints are received on phone. There shall be an escalation mechanism for unresolved grievances.
