Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
The Bank has introduced IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) facility for customer convenience. Customers can dial the helpline number 1860 258 1916 (Local charges Applicable) and can avail banking services through an automated system which supports 6 different languages (English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam). For availing these services, register your Customer ID in IVRS.
IVRS Registration Procedure:

Dial 1860 258 1916 (Local charges Applicable) from your registered mobile number with the bank.

You will hear the message “Welcome to Karur Vysya Bank”.

You will hear to speak to our customer support executive kindly generate your TPIN(Telephonic PIN) using customer ID, Debit card number and Registered mobile number.
You will be directed to “Select your preferred languages”.

Enter 1 for English.
-
Enter 2 for Tamil.
-
Enter 3 for Hindi.
-
Enter 4 for Telugu.
-
Enter 5 for Kannada.
-
Enter 6 for Malayalam.
-

On your preferred language selection, you will hear the following options:

Press 1 for Phone Banking.
-
Press 2 for Debit card Hotlist.
-
Press 3 for New Loans and other products.
-
Press 4 for FASTag queries.

Please select 1 for Phone Banking.

Upon selecting 1 for Phone Banking Option
-
Type your Customer ID followed by #.
-
Press 1 if you have Debit card else press 2
-
Upon selecting 1 having Debit card
-
Please enter your 16 digit Debit card number.

Press 1 to generate OTP.
-
Upon pressing 1 to generate OTP, you will receive OTP.

Enter your OTP (on successful validation of OTP).

Enter your new four digit TPIN.
-
Re-enter your new four digit TPIN.

TPIN registered successfully.

You have successfully registered for IVRS channel with the Bank. Next time onwards, you have to enter your customer ID and TPIN and you will be directed to the services.
Now you can avail the following 24/7 in IVRS.

Last three transactions.
-
Funds transfer within bank.

Cheque related services.

Enter your customer ID followed by #.

Press 1 for self-service banking.

Press 4 for fund transfer (KVB to KVB).

Enter OTP.

Press 1 if it is within same customer id, Press 2 for the third party.

Enter the last 5 digits of your account number (If you have multiple accounts).

Enter the beneficiary account number.

Enter the amount to be transferred.

Press 1 to confirm, 2 to modify, 3 to cancel.
